| The small print - No need to read between the lines
These terms and conditions are written in plain English and are designed to make us both clear on what
is required and expected.
- Before commencement of work the client will pay a deposit equal to 50% of the quoted price. Fees below £400 will require payment in advance.
- The quotation provided by Cooldot will be for the agreed work. Any extra work required after this will be requested in writing by the client and quoted for separately by Cooldot.
- A cancellation fee may be charged if the client wishes to cancel the contract prior to completion. This fee will be equivalent to the amount of work completed at that point.
- Once the client has instructed Cooldot to begin design work the client should supply any content or images within three weeks of that date. Cooldot reserves the right to make a charge to compensate for preparation time which may be wasted if content and images are not supplied in a timely manner.
- All content supplied by the client will be assumed copyright free. Cooldot cannot accept responsibility for any copyright issues arising from improper use of copyrighted images or content.
- The client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information on the Website. Cooldot will correct any errors immediately on being notified by the client.
